Zali may be the realization of the desire, 30 decades in the building... in the kitchen area, in a house, in Beirut –a household that, much like every other loved ones on the earth, was persuaded that their mother’s cooking, was the most beneficial.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from entire-time mom and grandmother to full-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived almost all of her existence in Lebanon. For so extended, she loved testing her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion click here did not go away her house’s nest until Zali made available her that chance. Now, her homegrown pleasure and passion for cooking are for yourself and the entire world to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey each of the way from Lebanon. You normally takes some of them again dwelling!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: a number of selfmade jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can buy and take a look at. They can be organized by our chef or made by farmers back residence. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese custom of preserving foodstuff through the seasons.
