And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from website total-time mom and grandmother to total-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived nearly all of her daily life in Lebanon. for thus long, she liked testing her individual recipes and photographing dishes. But her passion didn't go away her house’s nest till Zali provided her that chance. Now, her homegrown happiness and fervour for cooking are for you personally and the earth to style!
In all our dishes are flavors which have manufactured the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You can take some of them back residence!
We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic word for pantry provisions: a range of home made jars with preserved and dried delicacies so that you can invest in and check out. They are prepared by our chef or made by farmers again property. “Mouneh”is actually a Lebanese tradition of preserving food items throughout the seasons.
